Summary: | The high-temperature oxidation behavior and mechanical properties of iron-aluminum (Fe-Al) based alloys are influenced by the addition of various elements. This paper is a review that describes Fe-Al-X Alloys (X is an alloying element) with different additions of Fe, Al, and X (weight %). The quantity and quality of X well-produced diffract phases at different temperatures lead to different results in the Fe-Al system. Therefore, information on the results is collected from several trinary systems or more, and the most important results have been reached by researchers from 2011 to the present time. |
