Summary: | The article considers the inclusion of three-phase and two-phase linear MHD machines for metallurgical purposes in the workshop distribution network. The task of sharing machines of different types is due to the modernization of production complexes for the preparation of aluminum melt. Due to the heterogeneity of loads, significant non-linearity of consumers and large current asymmetry in phases, the quality of electricity in the workshop network can deteriorate sharply. To overcome the problem of network ecology deterioration, when using low-frequency IGBT inverters, tools for diagnosing the quality of electricity are proposed. The characteristic consequences of the joint use of complex electrical consumers are shown. It has been established that the features of the operation of hybrid MHD complexes require the development of methods for improving the electromagnetic environment at metallurgical enterprises. Measured in practice regime characteristics of power consumption show that the combined connection of powerful linear induction machines is expedient with the effective suppression of higher harmonics of current and voltage, as well as counteracting unbalance. |
