Summary:The paper analyzes the influence of the adaptive mechatronic system parameters on the process of stabilizing the step of moving materials during automatic assembly. Dependences of variances and mathematical expectations of the displacement step are obtained depending on the parameters of the system under a random external action. Numerical simulation of the operation of the algorithms used is carried out, recommendations are given for the optimal choice of system parameters.
