The use of a questionnaire to collect data and information in the field is a valuable resource. The questionnaire employs a five-point Likert scale. Purposive and proportionate sampling procedures were used to choose 85 project managers and coordinators from the Iraqi Ministry of Telecommunication. For data analysis, Smart PLS3 software Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) was used. This study recommends that Construction project managers should be familiar with the PMPOK guide and how it may be used in construction projects. |
