Description
Summary:The leather tanning industry, carried out by Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia, is a tanning company that produces gloves, garments, and other leather crafts from cow, sheep, and goat leather. The chemicals are used in production; the waste could harm the environment. As a result, to decrease environmental contamination, the leather tanning industry needs to use the circular economy concept. The center of the goods flow is in the warehouse; therefore, the leather tanning industry’s warehouse must be considered using the circular economy indicators. This study focuses on developing a real-time monitoring dashboard to monitor the circular economy concept in a warehouse of the leather tanning industry. The study’s findings include how the leather tanning industry implements the circular economy concept in their warehouse and the dashboard monitoring system design using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) so that the environmental damage impact due to the production process can be reduced and handled correctly.
