Summary: | This research aimed to develop a technology-based flood management system using computer vision technology to detect water levels, monitor areas, and identify objects such as garbage. The system, called Hydroflux, provides real-time information through a single dashboard. The development process involved collecting and annotating data, creating an AI model using SSD object detection, transfer learning, conversion to Intel OpenVINO, and model optimization, with the final model running on Intel NCS2. The research resulted in an informative framework for academics, government, and practitioners, providing a reference point for the implementation of artificial intelligence in flood disaster mitigation. The Hydroflux system is an example of the implementation of Singularity technology in Society 5.0, offering a solution to the challenges faced in Indonesia and other countries prone to natural disasters. |
