Summary:Composite materials are in use for more than a decade, many researchers are undergoing still in the field of composites, it has several advantages and applications as composites hold the properties of two materials rather than one. The growing world is leading to increase in pollution and need of new materials that are eco-friendly and bi degradable. One such material in field of composites is Natural fibre reinforced polymer matrix composite which is partially degradable and reduces the pollution to some extend by avoiding synthetic fibres for replacement. But enormous research has been carried out with and the natural fibre PMCs are evolving to the next stage of natural hybrid composites that means one or more natural fibre or particles are used as a reinforcement for the composite. This research article is focused on the fabrication of hybrid natural composite where a polymer matrix composite is fabricated with 25% of jute fibre and 5% of rice husk particles. This enhances the property of normal natural fibre PMC. The addition of filler helps the researcher to avoid the creation of voids in the fabricated plate this helps to reduce the failure and fracture of the composite which adds more strength to the composite plate. In this article a hybrid composite is fabricated using jute fibre as reinforcement and rise husk as filler using polyester resin as matrix, after the process of fabrication the fabricated plate is tested for mechanical properties like tensile flexural and impact properties are evaluated. There are several AI technologies that enable user to find defects in many manufactured products here in this article Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) algorithm of deep learning technology is used for void detection. This research article proposal new hybrid composite which is eco-friendly and the results are discussed. Through this revenue can be generated from the agricultural waste.
