Summary: | Rehabilitation robotics is a scientific subject that focuses on using robotic systems in rehabilitation to understand better and improve rehabilitation. Robotic-assisted knee surgery has gained prominence due to its potential to enhance surgical precision and patient outcomes. Rehabilitation robotics entails the creation of robotic devices that aid with a variety of sensorimotor activities (e.g., arm, hand, leg, ankle), as well as the improvement of various strategy robots are primarily employed as treatment aids rather than assistive devices for supporting therapeutic training and assessing goal-directed performance (ability to move) of patients. Patients tolerate robotic healing well, which has been discovered to be a valuable supplement to therapy. It concludes that after robotic-assisted knee surgery, the physiotherapy rehabilitation program is beneficial for increasing the range of motion after a complete knee replacement and partial knee replacement to regain action, patient recovery, restore functionality and improve the overall quality of life. Post-surgery, physiotherapy plays a crucial role in optimizing recovery. The goal of this review article is to study robotic-assisted knee surgeries by using Physiotherapy. |
