Summary: | In recent years, the transmission capacity of a single high-voltage cable has been unable to meet the growing load demand, and double-split parallel cables have become a necessary treatment to improve the transmission capacity requirements. Among them, due to the complex electromagnetic relationship between cables, it may lead to different current-carrying capacity of the same-phase cable line, and this current imbalance will affect the normal operation of power equipment, and in serious cases, it will threaten the safe operation of the power system. This paper first summarizes the factors that may affect the current imbalance degree and then uses Magnet software to carry out finite element simulation analysis of parallel cables to obtain the current-carrying imbalance degree of each phase and finally obtains the influence factor and sensitivity of the current-carrying imbalance degree through comparative analysis, so as to provide effective help for the laying of cables. |
