and 63.337 cSt. The temperature was the variable with the greatest impact on biodiesel production. The optimal variables to achieve a viscosity of 5.918 cSt were: temperature 65°C, chicken fat (CF): methanol molar ratio 1:6, catalyst percentage 5% w/w and reaction time of 5 h.
