Summary:To conclude, individuals with IDD that are long-term unemployed are only able to attend one program out of 21 presented at the website of Gothenburg municipality. This means that persons with IDD do not as other citizens have access to different programs and are not able to make any choices. The findings can be useful in order to understand why persons with IDD have a weaker position in the labour market and are significantly more unemployed than the overall population. The results can be useful in order to develop practice and to understand barriers for persons with IDD.
