Summary:Khayani and Niknami examine early Bronze Age clay sealings from Chogha Maran, the West Central Zagros. The methodology of the study involves both stylistic-iconographical and functional analysis of sixty-eight clay sealings retrieved from Early Bronze Age levels at Chogha Maran. The Early Bronze Age levels of Chogha Maran consisted of substantial trash deposits containing some 160 fragments of clay sealings.
