Efficacy of three candidate Rift Valley fever vaccines in sheep

Highlights ► We evaluated the efficacy of three experimental Rift Valley fever vaccines in lambs. ► A single vaccination protected lambs from viremia, fever and mortality. ► Protection was correlated with vaccine-induced neutralizing antibody responses.
