新型比色荧光双通道探针用于硫化氢的检测

以7-硝基苯并呋咱(NBD)为荧光团,经一步有机合成,高产率制备比色荧光双通道探针,用于检测环境和体内硫化氢(H2 S)的含量.以无水Na2 S为H2 S供体,考察了探针的选择性、灵敏性等性能.结果表明,探针荧光强度与H2 S浓度在5~50μmol/L浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系,检出限为0.125μmol/L,同时反应溶液由无色变为紫色.采用MTT法测试探针的细胞毒性,结果表明,在探针浓度低于50μmol/L条件下,细胞存活率高于90%.激光扫描共聚焦显微成像结果表明,探针可靶向细胞溶酶体,可对溶酶体内H2 S进行成像研究....
