Synthesis of phosphorus-containing polyoxamacrocycles with one to two reactive thiophosphoryl chloride groups

Novel phosphorus-containing polyoxamacrocycles with one to two reactive thiophosphoryl chloride groups 5, 6, 7, 8 were synthesized from bishydroxyl compounds 1, 2, 3, 4 and thiophosphoryl chloride respectively. Their structures were confirmed by 1H NMR, 13C NMR, 31P NMR and elemental analysis.
