泡沫铝芯三明治型复合材料的冲击损伤行为(英文)
通过实验和模拟分析研究泡沫铝芯三明治型复合材料的冲击性能。在冲击测试时,试件所受冲击能分别为50、70和100 J。结果表明,在冲击能为50 J的冲击测试中,冲头穿透了试件的上部面板,使芯部受到损伤,但下部面板完好无损;在70 J的冲击测试中,冲头穿透了试件的上部面板和芯部,并使下部面板受到损伤;在100 J的冲击测试中,冲头不但穿透了试件的上部面板和芯部,还穿透了下部面板。实验结果与模拟结果互相吻合。实验结果的验证表明,所有模拟结果均可有效地应用于真实泡沫铝芯三明治型复合材料的结构研究。...
