Summary: | To the editor: Cardiac sarcoma is an extremely rare and lethal entity, Consequently, there is no uniform guideline for itstreatment. There was no primary cardiac sarcoma metastasizing to the palatal tonsil documented in literature, though theoretically, a cardiac malignancy could spread anywhere throughout the body via circulation. In stead, there was only one case of tonsil reticulosarcoma metastasizing to the heart documented in literature.1 Here we report a case of concomitant sarcomas of left cardiac atrium and palatal tonsil. |
