Summary: | Pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) is a common and serious complication of congenital heart disease (CHD).Many studies have confirmed that the prostacyclin analogues,5-phosphodiesterase (PDE-5) inhibitors, and endothelin receptor antagonists, were safe and effective in the treatment for PAH due to CHD.1,2 But whether the combination of targeted PAH therapy drugs provides similar synergistic effects is still controversial.1,2 Therefore,we investigated whether adult patients with severe PAH secondary to CHD would benefit from iloprost combined with low-dose tadalafil. |
