Severity stratification of aplastic anemia

To the editor： A scoring system for stratifying the severity of aplastic anemia （AA） is proposed and provides physicians with a useful tool to initiate immunosuppressive therapy timely and to improve response rate in patients with non-severe AA （NSAA）.
