In addition, compound 1 showed significant cytotoxicity on SK‐Mel‐2 cell line with IC50 value of 23.12 ± 1.87 μM, whereas 2 exhibited moderate effect on this cell line with IC50 value of 55.28 ± 4.17 μM.
