Description
Summary:Modern lifestyles heavily rely on the Internet, with mobile devices and wireless networks being indispensable. However, in peer-to-peer (P2P) wireless networks, low battery levels can lead to user non-cooperation and subsequent low retrieval rates. Additionally, the presence of malicious nodes can result in incorrect or malicious file exchanges. We introduce the Trustworthy Retrieval System (TRS) for mobile P2P wireless networks. TRS ensures decentralized info management, optimizes message forwarding, and guarantees file quality even with malicious nodes. It adapts to mobile network environment, maintains high retrieval rates, and deals with low battery levels and malicious nodes. Simulations confirm TRS's effectiveness, showing improved retrieval rates, resilience to failures, low overhead, and successful malicious node mitigation.
