Summary:The objective of this project is to review the existing literature on how driver education and its effectiveness can be taught through Physical Education to children between 6 and 12 years of age. To achieve this objective, an exhaustive search of articles and studies was carried out in the Google Scholar and Dialnet databases. Of all the articles, 16 articles were finally selected, including educational proposals, experimental and quasi- experimental studies, an interdisciplinary project, various intervention plans and two research studies. After an in-depth investigation, the results of the review indicate that driver education was worked with the aim of raising awareness among infants in a fun way and through physical activity, through games and activities promoting the use of active transport, the bicycle and walking safely making the education tool effective to achieve the sustainable development goal 3.6. of the 2030 Agenda, which consists of halving the number of deaths and injuries caused by traffic accidents in the world. However, the amount of research on how to teach driver education in the classroom is limited, so it is necessary to carry out more research and develop new proposals to work on this content, especially since driver education has acquired greater importance in the primary education stage after the new education law LOMLOE. El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo revisar la literatura existente sobre cómo se puede enseñar educación vial y su efectividad a través de la Educación Física a niños entre 6 y 12 años. Para lograr este objetivo, se realizó una búsqueda exhaustiva de artículos y estudios en la base de datos Google Académico y Dialnet. De todos los artículos fueron seleccionados finalmente 16 artículos, entre ellos se presentan propuestas educativas, estudios experimentales y cuasi-experimentales, un proyecto interdisciplinar, varios planes de intervención y dos estudios de investigación. Tras una investigación profunda, los resultados de la revisión indican que, se trabajó la educación vial con el objetivo de concienciar a los infantes de una forma divertida y a través de la actividad física, mediante juegos y actividades promoviendo el uso del transporte activo, la bicicleta y el caminar de forma segura haciendo efectiva la herramienta de la educación para conseguir el objetivo de desarrollo sostenible 3.6. de la Agenda 2030, el cual consiste en reducir a la mitad el número de muertes y lesiones causadas por accidentes de
