Summary: | This article it aims to understand entrepreneurship in the public educational sector on demand, which identifies the problem, whose proposed resolution improves the public service in favor of the school community, the State, society, the worker, in addition to breaking professional invisibility. The concept of entrepreneurship in the public educational sector on demand is characterized by the mechanisms of individual or collective action, with the purpose of realizing a social right, in order to guarantee social effectiveness. Social effectiveness in the public education sector is one that presents changes in the organization, in society, and its relevance seeks to provide diffuse benefits. Keywords: Educational Entrepreneurship. School Staff. Inclusion. O artigo objetiva compreender o empreendedorismo no setor publico educacional por demanda, o qual identifica o problema, cuja proposta de resolucao tem o fito de melhorar o servico publico em favor da comunidade escolar, do Estado, da sociedade, do trabalhador, alem de romper a invisibilidade profissional. O conceito de empreendedorismo no setor publico educacional por demanda e caracterizado pelos mecanismos de atuacao individual ou coletiva, com o proposito de concretizar um direito social, posto isso garantir a eficacia social. A eficacia social no setor publico educacional e aquela que apresenta mudancas na organizacao, na sociedade, e sua relevancia busca proporcionar beneficios difusos. Palavras-chave: Empreendedorismo Educacional. Funcionarios da Escola. Inclusao. El articulo pretende comprender el emprendimiento en el sector publico de la educacion a la carta, que identifica el problema, cuya propuesta de resolucion tiene como proposito mejorar el servicio publico en favor de la comunidad escolar, el Estado, la sociedad, el trabajador, ademas de romper la invisibilidad profesional. El concepto de emprendimiento en la educacion a demanda del sector publico se caracteriza por los mecanismos de accion individual o colectiva, con el proposito de hacer efectivo un derecho social, ya que esto garantiza la efectividad social. La efectividad social en el sector educativo publico es aquella que presenta cambios en la organizacion, en la sociedad, y su relevancia busca brindar beneficios difusos.
