Description
Summary:This paper presents an implementation method for a "work-suitability score" calculation system for the purpose of realizing an optimal staffing system based on workers" skills., availability., aptitudes and preferences for the assigned work and tasks. Specifically., our system firstly calculates the available working hours., secondary allocates workers based on logic., and thirdly actively reallocates workers based on the work-suitability score. In recent years., it is expected that both the elimination of uneven working hours and the improvement of efficiency and productivity are realized together. Our system is characterized by the fact that mathematical optimization is used to meet the need for increased efficiency in administrative work and to implement the goal of improving worker"s satisfaction as a solution to the problem of unbalanced working hours and unmatching skills. By using this system., managers in the personnel department become able to clearly grasp the bias of working hours and enterprises realize a sustainable human resource allocation.
