Low power consumption mm-band GaAs oscillators

GaAs Gunn diodes based oscillators providing low power consumption levels of 10...30 mW, useful microwave power of 0.1...0.3 mW and a 1...2% efficiency across the 65...75 GHz frequency range have been experimentally investigated.
