Summary: | The structure of LD-A style crane girder is analyzed by conventional mechanics method. According to the parameters of weld structures, restriction parts and the relevant components of girder, the girder is simplified. Then 3-D girder model is established by SolidWorks software and it is carried out nonlinear static finite element analysis and dynamic frequency analysis in the use of COSMOSWorks embedded in the SolidWorks. Based on the law of Newton Raphson iterative process and limit analysis principle, the paper has analyzed the end-loaded and mid-span-loaded girder model under the largest load. The results show that the maximum nodal stress is 103 MPa at the restriction side of girder and the maximum bend distortion is 5.304 mm in the neutral area of girder model. The first-order full loaded natural frequency is 10.953 Hz. Finally, according to mechanics allowance of mechanical engineering and the requirements of structural dynamic frequency under the largest load, this paper has checked the finite element analysis results of girder model to confirm the feasibility of original girder structure design. |
