Summary: | A significant impact on labor force (that a country posseses) is imposed on the human resources management with/through all its components (strategic human resources planning, organization of work and the workplace, motivating staff, recruiting and selecting it, but mostly continuous training of employees in order to increase individual performance in terms of productivity, of collective organizational innovation and loyalty cast in the results, values, teh social impact and so on). We also present the importance of the large gaps between different levels of income of the population obtained from economic activities from the perspective of the sustainable development. These fluctuations have negative influences on the labour quality, the health status, the level of education and training, as well as the living conditions. |
