The study will be cross-sectional, and four dimensions of human resource management practices namely training and development, performance appraisal, compensation, and safety and health will be tested against job satisfaction. The Non-teaching staff of Kano State owned Universities will be the participants of the study. The collected data will be analyzed using correlation and regression analysis. This study will be useful to both private and public organization as well as future researchers.
