Summary:This study provides significant results as predicted that transformation and organizational culture significantly affect employee performance, so the leadership may use this as a guideline to improve employee performance in in One-Stop Licensing Service and Investment Agency of Makassar. This is an explanatory research explaining causal relationship and hypothesis testing. Then, the researcher collected the data using quantitative approach. The population in this study was all of employees in One-Stop Licensing Service and Investment Agency of Makassar, which were 86 people, and in this study, all of them acted as respondents. The results show both organizational transformation and organizational culture affects employee performance both directly and indirectly through job satisfaction. This proves that changes in an organization will be able to boost employee performance. In addition, job satisfaction of employees must be noted, so that employees continue to not only maintain but also increase their performance.
