The study has developed 14 hypotheses which are the matters of concern for experiencing job burnout among the warehouse employees. A sample of 97 responses from selected warehouse employees was collected. Multiple regression and SEM modeling were used to test the developed hypothesis. All the 14 items confirmed the construct validity.
