Description
Summary:Researchers have examined the transitional issues recent student affairs master's graduates face in their first year on the job (Renn & Hodges, 2007). What remains missing is how these graduates navigate issues of institutional culture before they are hired - during the job search. This study focused on filling that gap and identified relationships and congruence with personal philosophy and goals as key themes for job seekers.
