Summary:A novel fast-responsive fluorescent probe TzAr-H2S was constructed to realize the imaging of endogenous H2S in living cells. This turn-on fluorescent probe TzAr-H2S can quickly (only 20 s) detect H2S with good selectivity, large Stokes shift (100 nm) and low cytotoxicity, which might provide a powerful tool for understanding the regulation mechanism of hydrogen sulfide in cells.
