Description
Summary:Steganography is the discipline of enclosing any form of data message inside another data file in such a fashion that it hides the essence of the hidden data at all. It can be exercised to image, speech, text, and video files. In this paper, a modified version of the Least Significant Bit (LSB) approach has been used and then image segmentation is applied to it to hide and then to recover the speech signal. The experimental result shows that the proposed method produces excellent quality stego-images that can easily combat optical and analytical attacks. The work of hiding speech signals in an image and then restoration of the speech signal without losing the intelligibility of the speech sound and its psychology of perception has been presented in this paper.
