Summary: | To explore the effects of the newly developed medications diosgenin and doxorubicin on the SOD and CAT enzymes, zebrafish larvae will serve as a model organism. Actions to take and resources: The larvae of zebrafish were subjected to oxidative stress due to the presence of 1 mM H2O2. Zebrafish larvae were submitted to the SOD and CAT enzyme assays in order to ascertain the levels of endogenous antioxidants that were present. The production of the stock solution included the production of two chemicals: diosgenin and doxorubicin. The diluting stock solution was produced using DMSO as the basis. There was a male to female ratio of one to one in the spawning tank that was used to care for and harvest eggs from zebrafish. Following collection, the embryos were subdivided and placed on four distinct Petri dishes. Between four and ninety-six hours after fertilisation, diosgenin was utilised (Hours Post Fertilisation). Using the SPSS software, we are able to determine which of the groups is statistically more significant. To conduct this analysis, we make use of the following parameters: a significance threshold of 0.05, a G power of 80 percent, a coincidence interval of 95 percent, and an enrollment ratio of 1.
