Antiparasitic activity of adermectin and compounds of a steroid nature

The antiparasitic activity of adermectin—a semisynthetic derivative of avermectin— and certain C 21 steroid derivatives is investigated with the use of Tubificidal tubifex oligochaetes as test objects and their toxicity is studied. It is established that they have effective antiparasitic action.
