Evaluation of safety and immunogenicity of a live attenuated tetravalent (G1–G4) Bovine-Human Reassortant Rotavirus vaccine (BRV-TV) in healthy Indian adults and infants

Highlights • No safety concerns were reported in adults or children with all doses of BRV tested. • All doses tested were immunogenic resulting in an increase in the anti-rotavirus IgA antibodies. • Increasing antigen concentration resulted in a greater proportion of seroconversion.
