Description
Summary:Experiments were perfonned with a prototype membrane having optimal pore size and charge density to determine process conditions that would provide a yield greater than 95% for this step and CHOP levels less than 10 ng of CHOP per mg of mAb in the final bulk. Solution conditions were such that the positively charged mAb was retained hy the membrane while neutral or weakly charged CHOP passed through it.
