Depolymerization and Hydrodeoxygenation of Switchgrass Lignin with Formic Acid

Organosolv switchgrass lignin is depolymerized and hydrodeoxygenated with a formic acid hydrogen source, 20 wt % Pt/C catalyst, and ethanol solvent.
