WIMBLEDON OPEN URGED IN BRITAIN: Officials Demand Permission of International Group for '62 'Experiment'

LONDON, March 9 (AP) -- Britain's tennis officials demanded permission today from the International Lawn Tennis Federation to make the 1962 Wimbledon championship an open tournament.
